Ab11 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the event of a rule violation. If you believe your account was closed in error, you have the option to appeal.

• Account closure notices are sent by email — the reason for closure will be stated
• Appeals must be submitted to support@ab11.best within 7 days of receiving the notice
• A complete form of identification and full details of the matter must be provided with the appeal
• Ab11 will respond to appeals within 14 business days
• Appeals will not be accepted if a rule violation has been proven

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, please contact support. Upon self-closure, your balance will be returned after verification.
